Hi Sonia

People often ask me — how long before I actually start feeling better?

It's a fair question. And the honest answer is: sooner than you might think.

When you start consistently nourishing your body with real, whole plant foods — something remarkable begins to happen. Not all at once. Not overnight. But steadily, quietly, in ways you start noticing before you even realize what's changed.

Here is what many of my clients experience in the first few weeks of eating well consistently:

Week one — digestion begins to settle. More fiber, more water, more whole foods — your digestive system responds quickly. Bloating eases. Things move more comfortably. You feel lighter after meals instead of heavy and sluggish.

Week two — energy starts to stabilize. The blood sugar rollercoaster begins to level out. Instead of that familiar spike and crash, you start to notice a steadier, more even energy through the morning and afternoon. The 3pm wall begins to soften.

Week three — sleep improves. When your body is properly nourished and not dealing with processed foods and blood sugar swings late in the day, sleep quality often improves noticeably. You fall asleep more easily. You wake up feeling more rested.

Week four and beyond — the fog starts to lift. Clients often describe this as suddenly feeling more like themselves. Clearer thinking. Better mood. More motivated to keep going. A quiet confidence that this time, something is actually different.

None of this requires a drastic plan or a perfect diet. It requires consistency — showing up for your body, meal after meal, day after day.

Your body is not working against you. It is waiting for the chance to show you what it can do.

Give it real food. Give it consistency. And then just watch.

Warmly,

Sonia
