Hi Sonia,
Something shifts in April, doesn't it?
The days get longer, the air feels fresher, and somewhere deep down you start thinking — I want to feel better. I want more energy. I want this to be my season.
If that thought has crossed your mind lately, I want you to know: that feeling is not random. It's your body sending you a signal.
And the good news? You don't need a dramatic overhaul to answer it.
One of the simplest things I teach my clients is this: spring is the perfect time to gently shift what you're eating toward lighter, more nourishing foods. Not a detox. Not a strict plan. Just a gradual move toward more color on your plate, more hydration in your day, and more real food that your body actually recognizes.
Think leafy greens, fresh herbs, berries, and simple whole grains. Foods that work with your body instead of against it.
Here's a small challenge for this week: add one new vegetable or fresh food to a meal you're already making. Just one. Notice how your body feels after a few days.
Small changes done consistently are what lead to real, lasting energy — and that's exactly what we work on together.
If you're ready to take that a step further, I'd love to chat about what a simple reset could look like for you this spring.
Just hit reply and say "spring reset" — I'll reach out personally.
Warmly,
Sonia
