Hello Friend,

March always feels like a turning point.

The days start getting longer, the air feels a little lighter, and many of us begin thinking about fresh starts.

For me, my own turning point around health happened years ago, and it came from something very simple.

Like many people, I used to feel tired far more often than I should have. I assumed it was just life being busy, raising a family, and getting older. I didn't think too much about it.

But over time, I started noticing something interesting.

On the days when I ate meals filled with whole foods - beans, vegetables, whole grains, fresh fruits - I felt different.

My energy was steadier.

My mood was lighter.

And my body simply felt better.

It wasn't a dramatic overnight transformation. It was a gradual realization that the food we eat has a profound effect on how we feel every day.

That discovery sparked a deep curiosity in me. I began learning more about nutrition, experimenting in the kitchen, and paying attention to how my body responded.

What I discovered was something incredibly empowering.

Small changes - adding more whole, plant-based foods, reducing highly processed foods, and focusing on nourishing meals - can have a powerful impact on our energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

And that’s what ultimately led me to become a Health and Wellness Coach.

Today, I have the privilege of helping others rediscover that same sense of vitality.

Many adults over 50 assume feeling tired or sluggish is just part of aging.

But often, it’s simply the body asking for the nourishment it truly needs.

As we move into spring, it can be a wonderful time to gently reflect on our habits and ask ourselves:

What small change might help me feel better this season?

Sometimes the smallest steps lead to the biggest transformations.

Warmly,

Sonia
