Hi friend,

January often arrives with a lot of noise — strict rules, drastic detoxes, and pressure to “fix everything” overnight.

Here’s your permission slip to do things differently this year.

A nourishing reset doesn’t need extremes. It starts with simple, supportive choices that help your body feel safe, energized, and cared for.

Here are three gentle ways to begin:

🍲 1. Focus on adding, not restricting

Instead of cutting foods out, try adding more whole, plant-based foods to your meals — vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, and seeds.

When your plate is fuller of nourishing foods, there’s naturally less room for the things that drain your energy.

🫗 2. Hydration before motivation

Before worrying about goals, make hydration your foundation.
A glass of water first thing in the morning can make a noticeable difference in digestion, clarity, and energy levels.

Small habit. Big payoff.

🌱 3. Choose one habit — just one

Not five. Not ten.
One habit you can realistically stick with.

Maybe it’s:
• adding greens to lunch
• planning breakfasts ahead
• sitting down to eat without distractions

Consistency builds confidence.

💚 A Reminder for January

You don’t need a “perfect” start to the year.
You need a kind one.

Progress grows when you support your body — not punish it.

With encouragement,
