🌸 A Little About Me
When I’m not coaching or writing about nutrition, you’ll often find me out in nature — forest bathing, walking by the ocean, or hiking along a quiet trail with my husband, Bruce, and our dog, Sophie. I’m also a proud mom to three amazing sons and a cat lover (our curious cat Simba keeps life interesting!).
I love dancing, playing piano, gardening, reading, tennis, and spending time with family and friends — especially when we’re sharing good food and laughter.
My passion for healthy eating has grown over the years as I’ve witnessed how a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle can truly transform lives. That transformation — both in my own family and in others I’ve helped — inspired me to become a coach. I believe with all my heart that it’s never too late to feel energetic again.
